ReplyDeleteI loved your Anzac slide presentation, and enjoyed reading the information that you researched. It's quite incredible and sad to think about the numbers of New Zealand soldiers who lost their lives during this WW1 battle. I have been to Gallipoli and I've seen the beach were they landed, trenches, graves and museum, and as a Kiwi it is a very moving place to visit, even though this tool place over 100 years ago.
Hi Maz, great to see you doing your independent ANZAC activities. Can you imagine having to go to war? It must have been so scary for the soldiers who went and like you mentioned, they volunteered to go - how very brave of them! Will you celebrate ANZAC Day this year?
